Welcome to the newly built Caribbean style resort of Terrace Ridge, in Davenport, less than 1 minute from the renowned golf courses of Champions Gate and Reunion. Of course we are only a few miles from the wonders of Disney and all of the other theme parks and attractions that Orlando offers. We are also conveniently situated for local supermarkets, restaurants and amenities, which are only minutes away.

There is full elevator access, which means no carrying heavy suitcases up flights of stairs! Inside the property we have kept the interior decor very relaxed with a light and airy feel. We offer a beautiful master bedroom and a young, stylish twin bedroom, both of which enjoy ensuite showers and baths. Our sofa can be converted into a comfortable queen sized bed, if extra sleeping space is required.

The lounge, kitchen and dining area are open plan and sliding glass doors open onto a sunny balcony, complete with patio dining furniture. Everything you need for your holiday is provided, from a dishwasher (who wants to wash dishes on holiday!) to beach towels - we even offer free broadband internet, 2 DVD players, DVD's, a music system and have cable TV in every room. The property boasts full air conditioning and heating and all new, modern appliances.

Also included in your rental is full access to the sand volleyball court, designer pool, jacuzzi and luxurious clubhouse, which offers a games room with touch screen computers, pool table and table football, a full fitness suite, and a kitchen/bar/lounge area with a large plasma screen TV.

We have a professional management comapany on hand to look after you during your stay. They also offer many extras from pre-booking theme park tickets to arranging a home massage after a busy day at the attractions!

What Is There To Do?

Theme Parks
This is what Orlando is world famous for! There are many to choose from including firm favourites like Disney World, Sea World and Universal Studios. For a cooler alternative there are also many water parks in the area to try, Wet and Wild is the best known.

Golfers Are Spoilt For Choice!
There are between 100 and 150 golf courses in the Orlando area. Orlando plays host to two PGA Tour events and an LPGA tournament - something few cities can claim. One of the game's greatest destinations is also one of its best kept secrets. Golf heaven is just a few miles from your Orlando holiday home!

Other things to do include:
How about trying horse riding or travel the Everglades by airboat. It is an exhilarating experience and you may even get to see one of the Everglade alligators! In Florida the beach is never far away – Daytona and Coco Beach are less than an hour away. For your evening entertainment how about trying one of the dinner shows. They are good fun and great for all ages!
