This 2BR/2BA townhouse is just 150 steps to the Gulf of Mexico! The entire upper floor is a King Master Suite with a private porch, walk in closets, double sinks, garden tub and separate shower. The upper floor also has a full laundry room!
The lower floor has a queen bedroom also with a private porch, a full bathroom, a spacious living room with a large deck, dining area with seating for 4 and 2 breakfast bar stools and a FULLY stocked kitchen.
You will not find a better stocked rental! The owners provide everything you need to make your week at the beach comfortable--from dishwashing detergent to laundry soap! You will find games, books, puzzles and movies for all ages to enjoy when you're not enjoying the beach!
We also provide all your beach necessities: beach chairs, beach umbrella, beach toys, kite, boogie boards, rafts and floats and a beach cart to get it all there, though it's only 150 steps!
Barrier Dunes is a gated, gulf side complex with 2 pools, 1 is gulf front and sits on the dunes overlooking the #1 beach in the USA! Barrier Dunes also has 2 lighted tennis courts, 3 fresh water fishing lakes, pet stations, boardwalks throughout and is extremely pet friendly and family friendly! You will not find a wild crowd here!
Cape San Blas, FL is located between Port St. Joe and Apalachicola--50 miles SE of Panama City. It is a 20 mile long peninsula (also known as St. Joseph Peninsula) with no high rises and 10 miles of the Cape is State Park--this allows for the beaches to be uncrowded with lots of room for your and your family to enjoy!
