Sun Lakes is an active adult community with 5 golf courses, 14 lighted tennis courts, 5 clubhouses, fitness centers, billiards, arts and craft centers, library, and 8 swimming pools. Our house is a few blocks from the Palo Verde Golf Course & Country Club,giving it a nice and quiet location, yet still close enough to walk to the clubhouse.

The home is light and bright with vaulted ceilings. It has all the right decorator touches, with granite counter tops, all new top line appliances in the eat in kitchen, recessed lighting and custom paint throughout, tile in the great room, formal dining area, hallways and bathrooms.
