Beautiful 4 bedroomed holiday villa in Florida, Very quiet area but only10 minutes from Disney

This beautiful spacious home has full air-conditioning and central heating,a large living area with 2 big sofas, flat screen TV, DVD player and CD player. There is a formal dining area and breakfast nook and a kitchen with every convenience. Glass sliding patio doors lead to the private, fully screened pool with deck area on a larger than usual garden plot. We have sun loungers and table & chairs with sun umbrella, for those who can't sit in the sun!

There are 2 double bedrooms and 2 twin and all 4 bedrooms have cable tv and the master suite also has a DVD/Video player. The garage has a games area with table tennis and electronic darts.

The villa is ideal for golf enthusiasts as several superb golf courses are within 3-10 minutes drive, including the Greg Norman Course at Champions gate (3mins) and the courses at Reunion designed by Tom Watson. For children the Disney parks are less than 8 miles away,just 10-15 minutes drive.

Our villa is ideal for two families sharing as it is very spacious and the living/dining area is open plan. The location is also perfect for couples and those who want to stay for a longer holiday to get away from the winter weather!

I am sure you will enjoy staying at our lovely villa, it is in a beatifull peaceful location but ideally situated for all the main attractions, our all our family love it and never want to holiday anywhere else.
