Our villa is a fabulously stunning fully air conditioned 5 bedroom executive home with its own private heated pool and spa and complimented throughout with luxury top quality furnishings and fittings and packed with complimentary amenities. With its 5 luxurious bedrooms and 3 full-size bathrooms (which by clever design can make 4 of the 5 bedrooms en-suite) means our home will very comfortably accommodate up to a maximum of 10 guests, making it an ideal choice for families, groups of friends or for 2 families to share.
Our spacious Family Room which looks out on to the pool and lanai area and the orange groves beyond, is furnished to the highest standard and features a 42” Plasma TV providing a choice of over 60 cable channels, together with a DVD player and a stereo system with i-pod dockng station. Also provided for your use is a complimentary library holding a selection of DVDs, PS2 games,books and magazines. Additionally, there are televisions installed in all the bedrooms, so both parents and children can escape!
The exceptionally large modern fully fitted kitchen is complemented by corian counter tops and all the latest appliances and gadgets:- Large electric range cooker, microwave, American style double door fridge/freezer with ice maker and filtered water dispenser, dishwasher, double sink with spray tap and waste disposal, coffee maker, blender, toaster, kettle, electric tin opener, etc, etc.
The fully carpeted games room is amply stocked with an 8ft slate bed pool table with 'pool hall' overhead lighting, an arcade quality 7ft air hockey table, electronic darts, 32' TV with play station2 and high chrome bar table and chairs, plus a selection of board games.
The villa sits on a larger than average plot and has been built in a distinctive Mediterranean style that includes many quality features that take advantage of the Floridian outdoor lifestyle.
The pool and deck area look out over open country and orange groves and is surrounded by landscaped gardens. Due to the villas position on a larger than average corner plot the pool area is not directly overlooked from the properties either side. The pool and spa is set within a large brick paved deck area and includes an outside shower. The deck is furnished with a selection of sun loungers, recliners and ottomans (just perfect for sun lovers), table and chairs and a BBQ for that alfresco dinning. We have even provided those all important beach towels for use by the pool.
Nearly forgot to mention we also provide complimentary wireless internet connection and free local and international calls great for letting family and friends know what a great time you are having.
