This 4 bedroom, 4 bathroom villa with its own luxury pool and spa has been furnished to a very high standard and is equipped with full air conditioning with celing fans in all rooms including the lanai.

With two main suites, both having patio doors leading to the pool deck and a further 2 bedrooms each with their own bathrooms, the villa is perfect for two families to share.The living area is very comfortable and open-plan and also opens directly out onto the pool area.

Our villa has it's own private pool (30x15ft) with 4 person spa, perfect for enjoying the late afternoon sunshine after a busy day at the Parks and in the cooler months can he heated for an additional supplement. The steps to the pool are central, giving easy access and there is also a safety fence available to prevent children from accessing it unauthorised.

The Manor at West Haven is perfectly situated within 8 miles of Disneyworld. Three minutes from the main East West corridor I4, it could not be better placed to allow you easy access to the theme parks, shopping and restaurants. On the way to I4 you will pass through Champions Gate Golf Resort, which features a fantastic golf club and clubhouse and two Greg Norman designed 18 hole championship golf courses.

Also at ChampionsGate you can find the David Ledbetter Golfing Academy World Headquarters. Champions Gate has a large Publix supermarket, numerous restaurants, a Walgreens Pharmacy, Gas Station, an Internet cafe and a DVD/Video game rental store. Head along US Highway 27 for a few miles and you will have access onto the 192, which is packed full of shops and restaurants and it is also where Old Town Kissimmee is situated
